ROBERT F. WEINBERG
As partner with the late Martin S. Berger, Robert Weinberg has served as the President of Robert Martin Company since its founding in 1957. He has developed millions of square feet of property across virtually every asset class. His experience has afforded him with a particular expertise in working with planners, designers, architects, lawyers, municipal officials, and engineers to solve the critical mixed use operational problems of relationships, traffic flow, garage utilization, market acceptance, and economy of construction, all while preserving esthetics. These qualities led to his appointment to the Westchester Rockland Tappan Zee Futures Task Force, where he has been actively involved in monitoring and reporting on the Bridge replacement design and the potential for using it for mass transit benefiting the two Counties it connects as part of its Interstate role.
Mr. Weinberg is also a Senior Partner in G&S Investors, a shopping center developer. Originally brought together through Robert Martin Company’s deep involvement in the Port Chester Urban Renewal, the relationship blossomed into a broader commitment because of his background in housing and mixed use development. In addition, he is the chairman of the Outreach Committee on Orderly Growth in Westchester and a former Director of City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank, the Westchester County Association, and the publicly-traded Sequa Corporation.
Mr. Weinberg is now, or has previously been, a Board Member or President of the Westchester County: Builders Institute, Public Issues Institute, Environmentalists and Developers Advisory Committee, Public Utility Agency, and Investment Builders Association.
Mr. Weinberg earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York University, an M.S. degree in Building Engineering & Construction from M.I.T. and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.
Timothy M. Jones, Managing Member/Partner
TIMOTHY M. JONES
As Managing Member of the Robert Martin Company, LLC, Timothy M. Jones is responsible for creating and executing the company’s investment and growth strategy. He also oversees management of existing assets, including land and commercial properties in Florida, California, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Since his return to Robert Martin Company in 2004, the Company has invested in transactions with retail value in excess of $750MM.
Prior to his current position with Robert Martin Company, he served as President of Mack-Cali Realty, one of the nation’s largest real estate investment trusts. During his tenure, Mack-Cali grew from a $1 billion firm with 11 million square feet of property to a $5 billion dollar company with 30 million square feet of assets. His responsibilities included acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, property management, and human resources.
Before joining Mack-Cali, Mr. Jones worked as Executive Vice President and COO of Robert Martin Company. Prior to Robert Martin, Mr. Jones was President of Clifton Companies, prior to that President of Federated National Companies and prior to that Vice President of Chemical Bank.
Mr. Jones earned a BA at Yale University and a Masters in Business at Columbia University. Mr. Jones is a regular speaker for numerous professional organizations. He is currently Chairman of the Westchester Coalition for Business Development and a director of the Windward School in White Plains, NY. He is also a past president of the Yale Basketball Association and former member of the Boards of Directors of the March of Dimes/Westchester Chapter; Avon Old Farm School and Luther College, among other organizations.
Mr. Jones resides in Rye, NY with his wife, Annie, and some of his five children.
Greg Berger, Managing Director/Partner
As Managing Director/Partner at Robert Martin Company, LLC, Mr. Berger is responsible for the company’s partnership interest and investments in over 2 million square feet of industrial, commercial and retail properties in Westchester County, NY, Rockland County, NY, Fairfield County, CT and Florida, as well as over 1,500 condominium and rental apartments.
Prior to his current position at Robert Martin Company, he served as President and CEO of Colin Service Systems in White Plains, NY, one of the nation’s largest privately owned cleaning companies with over 5,000 employees operating in 10 states. Before joining Colin Service Systems, he served as Vice President at Mack-Cali Realty, one of the nation’s largest real estate investment trusts where he managed 14 million square feet of their properties in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Washington DC.
Mr. Berger worked as Vice President and Managing Director at Robert Martin Company prior to joining Mack-Cali. He was responsible for overseeing a 7 million square foot portfolio consisting primarily of office and industrial buildings.
Mr. Berger earned a BA at Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a Real Estate Certificate from New York University. His past and present community commitments include board memberships with the Westchester Business Development of United Jewish Appeal, New York Metro chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, Board of Directors of White Plains Hospital and the City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank.
Mr. Berger resides in Purchase, NY with his wife, Janelle, and their two children.
Jeremy M. Frank, Director of Acquisitions
JEREMY M. FRANK
Director of Acquisitions
As Director of Acquisitions at Robert Martin Company, Jeremy is responsible for the identification and analysis of investment opportunities, debt and equity financing, management of new and existing projects and partnerships, and overall investment strategy.
Since joining RMC in 2011, he has played a leading role in over $300 million in purchase, sale, and capital markets transactions and performed valuations on well in excess of $1 billion of real estate assets. He is also involved in all new development planning and execution including several active projects in different stages of development.
Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University. He lives in Teaneck, New Jersey with his wife and three children.
Chris Wallace, Director of Finance

Chris Wallace has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience in all sectors of commercial and residential real estate. Chris currently serves as Director of Finance of Robert Martin Company where he is responsible for the tax and accounting oversight for numerous real estate and non-real estate entities as well as the personal holdings of the company’s principals.
Prior to joining Robert Martin Company in 2009, he served as the Controller for Cambridge Hanover, Inc. in New Canaan, Connecticut. There he oversaw all finance, accounting, and investor relations functions for two real estate private equity funds specializing in value add industrial property investments. Before joining Cambridge Hanover, Chris served in financial and accounting management positions at Baker Residential Company, L.P. and Rose Associates, Inc. He began his career in public accounting and is a New York State licensed CPA.
Chris received a BS from Manhattan College and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
Regina M. Simonetti, Controller
REGINA M. SIMONETTI
Regina Simonetti has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in various sectors of real estate. She currently serves as Controller of Robert Martin Company where she is responsible for the organization’s financial and accounting functions for a portfolio of real estate and non-real estate assets. In addition to her Controller responsibilities, Regina serves as Asset Manager for a 400 unit multi-family property and she is the CFO and Treasurer of a multi-unit Dunkin Donuts investment portfolio.
Prior to joining Robert Martin Company in 2008, Regina served as Controller for The Gateside Group in Rye, NY where she was responsible for the accounting and reporting of a privately held commercial real estate company. She has also served in various real estate related accounting roles at Houlihan Parnes/ICAP Realty Advisors, Ginsburg Development Company, Antares Real Estate Services, LLP and West World Management, LLP.
Regina earned a BBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business with a major in Public Accounting.
Sandy Spring, Paralegal
Sandy Spring currently serves as the Company’s Paralegal and manages the legal affairs of the Company and its affiliates. Sandy has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and sale transactions. Prior to joining RMC in 2006, she served as the Manager, Legal Affairs for United Rentals, Inc., a Fortune 1000 company with over 600 locations in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Prior to that, she served as a Paralegal for Witco Corp. in the Acquisitions and Divestitures area of the Law Department. Before Witco, she worked for a Master limited partnership with a portfolio of long-term triple net leases across the U.S.
Sandy received a BA from York College of Pennsylvania and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Mercy College.
