Damian Finley has over 20 years of construction and development experience in all sectors of commercial and residential real estate. Damian currently serves as the Vice President of Construction and Development of Robert Martin Company where he is responsible for the company’s construction related activities. Prior to joining Robert Martin Company in 2018, he was the Vice President of Development for Mack-Cali Realty in Jersey City, New Jersey. There Damian oversaw all construction related activities including commercial land development, tenant improvements, capital improvements as well as repositioning projects throughout the company’s portfolio. Before joining Mack-Cali, Damian served in several project management positions at IVI International in White Plains, New York. Damian received a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Structural Engineering from Manhattan College as well as an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. Damian is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut.
