As Director of Architectural Services, Mr. Brooks is responsible for providing design services for the company’s tenant base, assisting current and future tenants with the design process from space analysis and conceptual design through construction. James began his design career with the Robert Martin Company in the late 70’s. Prior to reuniting with the RMC he served as Director of Architectural Services for Mack-Cali Realty where he provided design services for their Westchester and Connecticut portfolio in addition to their Washington DC and Maryland properties. James holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame and is LEED AP certified. He is a former board member of IFMA, Hudson Valley Chapter, and a current member of AIA, Hudson Valley Chapter. He is also a member of the Professional Photography Association, a certified FAA UAS pilot, and is involved in a numerous non-profit organizations and local arts programs in his community.
